Don't let stress get to you and also meditate when you're feeling well.

Do you want to meditate twice a week? On Tuesday and Friday morning, from 8:00 till 8:30, I offer free online meditations where you can join, via Zoom. Let me know via the form below if you are interested. Then I shall send you a link from where you can join the Zoom sessions.

When you want to know more about meditation, I offer a seven week training, once a week from 8 till 9 pm. Here I eleborate about seven themes you can use as an anker in your own meditations. Are you interested? Please let me know via the form below and before you know it you meditate regularly.
